    Hi John

    Likely your router is blocking multicast traffic. If you are unsure how to check for this on your home router, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the app after the next restart. Please le our Support Crew know the make and model of your home router. If it is provided by your Telco or Internet Service Provider, please let us know who that ISP is and your country and region.

    Our Support Crew will reach out via e-mail after reviewing the log file.
