Unable to play music library on Vault
Vault2i unable to play music in Library, will not function. Will play a music streaming service. How to correct this? Blue light shows on Vault, so there's a connection. Did unplugging of unit, restarted phone, etc., nothing so far works.

Can you see your Albums in the BluOS controller, can you browse and see the tracks? what error messages are displayed?

Hi, yes, can see all Albums and tracts in them but when I press "play" the circle spins and won't connect and play. I've tried all my tricks (not that many) but nothing worked.

One time only, I saw a message that said "bad gateway," thou not sure what that means.

Do use the BluOS app to see if there are any updates available, also again in the App try reverting to the V3 interface and see if that helps.

Thanks for comments, checked for updates and there are none. Not clear what "V3" interface is...

The old Version 3 interface, sorry not at home but there is an option to display it… somewhere.
Also you could try connecting to the VAULT with a PC or Mac and if they can play the tracks.
