Use the BluOS app to log a support ticket, they can check the logs to see what’s going on if Rebuild does not work.

Reboot and then run a Rebuild Index.

Also, I’ve tried to reminded, and it stops at 1 song, or maybe doesn’t get past 1 song as it doesn’t see the files?

I’ve tried a reboot / reindex, will try another time though.

Tried that a second time, no joy.
It starts the reindex process and the text goes slightly lighter, it says “indexing 1 song processed” then stops.
I think the app isn’t seeing the library for some reason?

Can you access the tracks on a bother machine such as a PC / Mac and get them to play on said machine?
A “reindex” wont work its the “Rebuild Index” you need

If neither of those worked and there were no networking changes then it’s implying a fault with the drive, best to log a support ticket with Bluesound using the BluOS app. This way they have access to the logs to see what’s going on.
