Adding Nad m33 to list of players

I have a nad m33 with roon support. I also have a roon server. I can't seem to run roon with my m33. It won't let me add it at a device.

  I have an M33 and run Roon. Check that the M33 is on the same network and subnet as the Roon Core. No issues at all using Roon on the M33 as it is Roon Ready.

  Both my Roon Core and M33 are running wired.

  Really sorry but I am unable to help as not a Roon user and only have Bluesound hardware, however you are probably better posting on the Roon forum for help.

  Basic troubleshooting on Bluesound would involve rebooting the Router and then the Bluesound player, might be worth a go?
