BluOs Controller Displays MQA in 24/352.8 resolution
AnsweredHello,
I am listening to the album Borders by Trondheim Symphany Orchestra (Not the Dolby Version) through Tidal, on the latest POWERNODE N330.
The resolution shown on the iOS BluOS app is MQA with a resolution of 24/352.8
According to Tony W's reply to one of the community posts, Bluesound Players will play files up to 24/192. There are a few publically available Classical Samples in the 24/352 and 24/384 range which we cannot play.
Is the display on the BluOS app wrong, or is the resolution being played truly 24/352.8
The album sounds amazing either way.
Thanks,
Patrick

Bluesound supports MQA to 24/192, the track will unfold to higher resolutions on some equipment but you would need bat ears to notice any difference 😂
Basically MQA tracks are like origami and folded up, you can unfold the track to 24/192 on Bluesound, amazingly most MQA tracks are low bit / sample rate (CD:quality) but can be unfolded to higher resolutions.
Hope I explained it?
