Node Invisible after Quantum Freeze
AnsweredRecently started service with Quantum Fiber Optics (Centurylink). I have a Node 2i and Node (130). I performed an “indefinite freeze” on the Node 130, but after that I was not able to unfreeze it. I got in touch with Quantum support and they were able to unfreeze the Node 130.
Now, the node connects with WiFi, but is invisible to the apps, iOS and Mac OS. I’ve done a factory reset several times to no avail. The iOS app says the network connection failed and suggests retrying, but the node, itself, has a solid connection to my WiFi network (according to the solid blue led), yet the player is still invisible.
I contacted Quantum and spoke with a tech support rep and they were not able to solve the issue.

I know, it is very odd. If I wire the node it works perfectly, which I’m able to do in this case. Thanks for your suggestion.
