Trouble connecting to WPA3 WiFi

Hi,

I am having trouble connecting my Blusound SOUNDBAR+ to my wireless network. It's just showing a red circle. Connecting to the device via Ethernet cable and manually entering the password also doesn't improve the issue. Does the SOUNDBAR+ not support WPA3?

  It’s WPA2 as the Wi-Fi card inside was certified before WPA3 was released.

  Thank you for the reply that WPA3 is not supported. At least now I know for sure why it's not working.

  I believe WPA3 can still be added voluntarily with a software update even if WPA3 is only required for WiFi certification for devices that were introduced after a certain date.
  
  In other words: it's up to you if you want to support it or not. I would prefer you do.
