    We are using the latest Android Bluesound app and we were unable to re-produce your issue.

    Please try rebooting your Player and Router.

    My experience has been that the wifi router with this kind of app/device (similar to Google's Chromecast) has been quite fickle. I never needed to reboot the router for anything else but this requires it regularly.

    You are not alone. Switched my router fora new one, nothing works on android, while my ipad works
    One week ago itwasok, so something changed in the app or probably in the vault2. (It sems to auto_update??)

    If your App auto updated, then you have this function turned on in Andorid Settings. You mentioned things stopped working since you switched routers. Does your new router support Multicast and is it enabled? Are you using band steering (combining the 2.4 and 5 Ghz to a single stream)? Many IoT appliances such as ours have problems with band steering as not every networking router does it the same way.

    CHeck these two things out - if neither resolve your issue, drop us a note at support@bluesound.com and we can provide more troubleshooting tips.

    I have just spent a lot of money and the Android app doesnt work on my Samsung J7 .. does work on my Windows 10 laptop .. but then added another speaker and none of it works at all ...

    Hi Colin,

    What version of Android is your J7 running? I'm running the app on an old Motorola with Android 4.1.2. I'm also running the app on a Samsung 7 Edge with Android 7.0. Just for some data points.
