firmware file needed
AnsweredHey all. I've sent two separate support tickets weeks ago. I simply need latest firmware file to manually update my pulse 2 solid red light that got interrupted in middle of last update.
I get that support folks are busy but not sure why they don't just have this file available for download like I can get with my printer or any other piece of hardware.
Hoping one of yall can contact me and send me the file so I can stop using my pulse 2 as a paperweight.
Thanks!
Corey

Sorry you will have to wait for support to get to your ticket, Bluesound removed the firmware from the website due to security and privacy issues but also so they can work with users to determine why the update failed.

I love these products but this is absurd. I know what I need, and I can’t believe I have to sit here for weeks to wait for it. This is about enough to make me want to sell my blue sound gear (node, vault, flex, pulse x2). Ridiculous.

I feel the same, nothing but problems with latest update, my Powernode N 330 has been nothing but trouble. I have even had it switching itself on without Bluetooth enabled, Bluesounds Help has been poor, i wish i hadn't brought it now!
