    Hello Stephen,

    Is the light on top of your VAULT showing a Solid Blue light?

    If you are seeing a Blinking Blue light, your Vault may be muted. You can tap the Mute LED Button on your VAULT to mute and unmute your player.

    Keep us posted, or feel free to send a support ticket to the Bluesound Support Crew, if you think something else is going on.
