Powernode (V1) is installed and showing blue LED. Neither my or my wife's App on iPhone now recognises the Powernode. I have studiously followed all available advice I can find on support/community pages, including re-booting the P/node, factory re-setting the unit, deleting the apps and re-installing them. All to no avail. My focus is now on the router Technicolor TG582n. I very recently (with the aid of a local professional)installed two TP Link powerline units. This has made my home network signal much stronger. At this point all was fine with the Bluesound function. Within 24 hours, after was appeared to be an internet drop-out, the problem started. I lost connectivity with one app and then, due to my efforts to rectify this, the app on the second device lost connectivity as well. The Powernode shows on my Home Network as connected via Ethernet as does my wife's iPhone. My iPhone remains 'inactive' on the 'Wireless' part of my Network. One more thing, I have when installing the Powerline units, connected the Powernode via Ethernet extender, TP-Link Wifi AV500. I have tried re-booting/re-installing with the Powernode connected via Ethernet cable and without. I am at a total loss as to what to do. You may also have gathered that I am not very IT literate and the terminology many people use on the help pages is beyond my limited knowledge!! I have been trying to resolve this for 3 days now. Can you help please? Unit serial no. K3XN150B04393. O/S Win 7, iTunes/mediaMonkey. Norton Firewall
