Node X USB out issues and restart loop

Recently hooked up my new Node X and plugged the USB out to my Primaluna DAC. App auto selected and recognized the DAC but when I try to play music it disconnects from the DAC and states “USB output not recognized” . The unit then restarts and I have to start all over again. The unit also doesn’t populate in tidal connect immediately and takes a few app resets to get it there. Frustrated considering the cost, please advise
