Node X USB out issues and restart loop

Recently hooked up my new Node X and plugged the USB out to my Primaluna DAC. App auto selected and recognized the DAC but when I try to play music it disconnects from the DAC and states “USB output not recognized” . The unit then restarts and I have to start all over again. The unit also doesn’t populate in tidal connect immediately and takes a few app resets to get it there.
Frustrated considering the cost, please advise

The Primaluna DAC (tube) does have USB but it’s for connecting a computer rather than streaming hardware and the manual goes into depth about installing a driver and configuration which cannot be done on the NODE.
As for the lag with Tidal, alway recommend a reboot of the Router and when it’s fully up and running reboot the NODE and see if it’s any faster. If this does not help then please log a support ticket immediately after using Tidal using the BluOS App.
