Goodbye M10 & BluOS. No support and a non functional unit since december. Its enough.

After 3 years, my 3rd M10 I say goodbye to it. Its in the bin. The first two units suffered hardware problems and were replaced. The last one, well we all know what happened after the 4.0 upgrade. I got stuck with a machine that only produced garbled sound, no music no TV sounds, all inputs only crackling and garbling. 4 support request unanswered since december. Decide now to switch to another brand. Cant sell this one, so it ended up in the bin. Succes to you all.

  My 4 year old M10 V1 started exhibiting the garbled sound after coming out of standby a few months ago. I disabled standby and after a few months the unit would click, audio would stop, nothing for about 30 seconds then it would click and sound would return.  NAD support says to send it in for repair.  Confidence in NAD at an all time low.
