Powernode Cannot Access Network Share

I cannot access a network share that I have been using for 5+years after updating versions, this is very frustrating. I put in the network share information manually as there is no other option and double/triple/quadruple check it is correct and still it comes back with cannot find network share. Someone help before I smash my Powernode, thanks.

  How did you put in the share link? By ipaddress or by computername of the NAS?

  I found that, recently, the computername works sometimes better than the ipaddress in finding the server.

  Is the NAS old and has it been updated? Is it maybe still on smb= version 1? Can you access the NAS with another device like a pc or laptop?

  Some more info about your setup will be helpful to understand the issue and maybe give some better suggestions by the forum members.

  A support request sent from the app includes a diagnostics file for analysis by the Bluesound crew.

  Be advised that response times are longer than usual.
