    Hi Pierre

Bluesound currently does not support multiple profiles for music services.

If you are using TIDAL, you can use TIDAL Connect as an alternative.

    Hi Tony,

Thanks a lot for your answer.
Well, I can hide that this is a big disappointment.
Can you tell if this is a product division choice or a technical limitation?

    Regards,
    Pierre

    Hi Pierre

Neither - just a feature request not implemented yet, but has been fed back to our Product Development Team. I can confirm it is in their plans but have no timelines to share just now.

    Hi Tony,

I would also expect to be able to use multiple accounts from the same streaming service on the same device. I'm not alone at home, we have 4 Tidal accounts and speakers in all rooms. Of course Tidal Connect save us during the day.

Anyway, I expect my children to use their own account for example for their own alarm. Or me and my wife defining different alarm on the same speaker using our own streaming account.

I don't understand this limitation in 2024 on such high quality product...

By the way my daughter has been able to crash Tidal Connect on Pulse M multiple times, as I understood she was adding song by song to her playlist on Tidal while listening it on her Pulse M. I could see her speaker on BluOS but Tidal refuse to connect to it. The only way to recover was to reboot the speaker.
