We just received our new Pulse Mini and Flex players. After a while, I figured out how to get things working, and both players worked fine - in stereo as well as independently. We were playing from files stored on a PC, and all worked well.
After several hours, we had to unplug the Mini and move it. Since then, I've been unable to make it work. I've rebooted it, reset it to factory settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the app....you name it I've tried. When I try to play something, I get an "Audio Output Error" notice on my phone (Samsung/Android).
As I write this, the light on the Mini shows blue, but then periodically it will go to green (flashing) and red, and then back to blue. It is right next to the wireless router, so signal isn't an issue. I'm not doing anything to cause this - it seems to be doing it on its own.
For only having used it for a few hours, this is pretty disturbing. I'd like to speak with someone during business hours, but can't find a tech support number. Please help.
