Turn Network Standby to on and your problem is solved :)

Looked in the manual and Network standby mode is enabled by default after a factory reset so that on and problem is not solved.

It’s off by default on my c658, so that’s why I had your oroblem too and thought that woild be it.

Just bought a c3050 and immediately it's exhibiting this behaviour; I've found doing a hard power cycle (rocker switch at the back) enables visibility by BlueOS/Spotify etc again; simply hitting the front power button causes it to go missing.

Definitely annoying, definitely a fault. Please fix.

Likely networking releated. We have escalated you to our Support Crew so they may take a closer look and help you troubleshoot your network environment.

I noticed such behavior when playing from coax or toslink, after a while Bluos app doesn't see anymore the amp that continues playing from the source that was in use. It seems like that if I'm playing from some streaming services, this drop of connection doesn't happen. When C3050LE desappears from Bluos app, it desappears from tidal connect choices. The only way to regain control is to reset mdc2 card with mains power cicle or, a bit funny, forcing its reboot sending on coax or toslink a 44.1KHz signal, since from last update this frequency doesn't work and forces a reboot. This latter problem is still waiting for solution...

I have to say that I'm very unsatisfied by reliability of this card, app and support. Nothing to say about sound quality but all those quirks, with several others, make me a little upset
