I cannot connect with new wifi 6 router

I reset flex 2i and set things correctly but nothing works. At a loss. Thanks for any help

  BluOS Players do not support Wi-Fi 6. 802.11ax which is being marketed as Wi-Fi 6 is a hardware chipset generational change.

  Your Bluesound NODE N130, N330 and SOUNDBAR+ are 802.11ac (what would be considered Wi-Fi 5). All older models are 802.11n (Wi-Fi 4). Please ensure your router is set for backwards compatibility. It is also worth noting, your Bluesound Players may not be the only IoT products having issues with Wi-Fi 6.
