    Hi Henk,

The Bluesound lab is in the future thinking about producing one, however we don't know what type of wall mount you could use but it is standard thread screws for the thread used.

This is all the information we can provide you at this time, apologies.

    Thanks for #LivingHiFi!

If you want to compete with SONOS you need to make brackets for wall mounting.  Flexson make some great products; they would probably work with Bluesound.

i've been unable to determine what the diameter and thread is for these holes. i've tried the following:

    1/4"-20
    #10-32
    m5-.8
    m6-.8

can you give me the diameter and thread for these holes?

Sorry for highjacking a tread :-)

Are there any progress on a wall mount or will this still be a DIY project?

    The best

  • Hi Zee

So sorry I missed this, I am told that yes it is a standard tripod mount which is North America 1/4-20.

sorry tony, it is NOT 1/4"-20. see my post above. i tried that. it didn't fit.

unfortunately based on your reply here, i tried it again. it still didn't fit, so i decided it was me, and it must just be a tight fit and screwed it in anyway. i'm sad to report i've now ruined one of the mounting holes.

it went in, so i think the 1/4" diameter is correct, but it is NOT -20 thread. the hole i screwed it into now looks different, as my 1/4"-20 screw cut much thicker threads than it had previously.

  • Hi Zee

I am sorry too... I brought your feedback to our Quality Assurance team.

They have reviewed the specs and have come back and confirmed it is a metric M6 x 12mm.

I really apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
