Tracks not indexing

  • Hi Gerry,

    You can see the amount of music you have by going to the Configure Player menu and selecting diagnostics and it will list the amount of songs you have.

    If you have edited the metadata of a track, you could try to embed the .jpg directly into the file(using a metadata editor) and then navigating to the Configure Player menu and select Delete Index.

    Once you do the above, the track should show up for you.
