Powernode surround low volume
AnsweredI started with 330 for fronts and later added 1st gen powernode for home theater group. The rears that are connected to 1 st gen powernode sound very low volume. The volume test works fine but when I play Dolby content, I hardly hear very low volume from surround. I tried different inputs/content to check the encoding issues. I played with volume level setting while creating home theater group. No luck. Am I missing anything? BTW the rears sound fine no issues. They are Paradigm ADP 370 with no issues in another setup.

Hi Ram
I don't think you are seeing anything out of the ordinary. The rear channel is mostly discreet and has ambient noise. It is often quite quiet. That being said, with your Home Theatre Group selected, from the Home Tab, under Settings, Audio, you can adjust the trim or relative volume compared to the main front channel of each rear speaker up or down 30db to add some ooomph.
