Controller 1.8.2 Build 216 -- doesn't connect to Configure Player

    Hello Dale,

    You are using or Bluesound Desktop App for Windows, correct?

    Under the menu option "Tools" there is an option call "Use Integrated Browser" which when checked, will open up a web browser in the Desktop app, everytime you select the option "Configure Player".

    Try disabling "Use Integrated Browser", and then selecting "Configure Player". This will open up the Control Panel for your Player, using the default web browser on your computer instead.

    Let us know if disabling this option works for you. If it doesn't, then there may be a networking problem going on.
