Vault and saved files missing
AnsweredOn Sunday, everything was fine. On Monday morning, the vault does not show up on list of players and none of my music is available. All I get is a message that there are no files. Please help!!

Definitely a network problem. The standard procedure to solve the issue is to restart the router and the device(s):
shutdown the router, shutdown the vault, wait 5', restart the router, wait 5', restart the vault, restart the controller.
This should help, if not contact support@bluesound.com and be patient.
