My Bluesound Vault read less than half of my CDs....

    Hello Jean-Charles,

    For an issue like this, we recommend that you reach out to the Bluesound Support Crew by sending them a request from your player.

    This can be sent using the "Send Support Request" option, past the Configure Player option in your Bluesound application.

    Using this option will also send our Crew a Diagnostic Log from your Player, so they can see what your Player might be doing.
