    Hello Claes,

    We have been able to reproduce this issue here in the Bluesound Lab.

    This appears to be a limitation of TIDAL's service at this time and may be caused by TIDAL’s one stream per account policy.

    From your Player, log out of TIDAL, reboot your Player and please ensure that your account is not being used at this time in another location, then log back into TIDAL.

    Followed the procedure. Logget out Tidal, did a reboot, logged on again. Same error!

    Looks like this was something on TIDAL/WiMP's end, that was fixed on Wednesday Morning.
