    Hi Chris

Please try power cycling your router, wait 5 minutes and then power cycle your NODE.

If you are still having issues, please make sure your NODE has not reverted to Hotspot Mode (Solid Green) and forgot network connection.

Still having problems, e-mail us at support@bluesound.com and we can reach out and help further.

I am having the same problem. I have power cycled both my router and my NODE. I see the node for a very short time in the app and then the connection gets lost and the node is no longer visible from any of my devices.

Power cycling solved the problem the first time around, and I was able to use the Node for 3-4 hours. Next day the node was no longer visible. Power cycled both router and node and saw the node for about 1 minute before it disappeared.

Signal at node location is very strong.

    Here we go again :(..

This is the second time now. Just upgraded my player (Node and Mini) with the latest version witch resulted that i no longer see any of my players. Maybe BS can do a little bit more testing of upgrades before launching them to your customers! Frustrated and dont know what to do besides fabric reset.

    Hi,

Every now and then (avg. once a week), I experience the same problems. My MiniPad2 and Iphone 5S both lost connection with PowerNode 2. The Powernode itself keeps running oke.

I'm not sure, but it might be initiated on moments that an Apple device temporary lost or had poor Wifi connection while running the App. However, restoring (excellent) Wifi connection doesn't solve the problem. Rebooting my router does solve the problem.

(I assign fixed IP addresses to both Powernode2 and Apple devices.)

Q: Is there a better configuration strategy for some devices to eliminate this failure?
