    Hi Andres

    It may be a simple server authentication issue picking up your account as trial account. Please log out of Presto from the Manage Services button on the Music Tab. 

    Select Settings, Diagnostics, Reboot from the Home Tab to restart your player. Once it has returned to a Blue LED, return to the Music Tab and log back into Presto,

    If problems persist or return, Please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew may take a closer look.

    Siguiendo sus instrucciones, he reiniciado mi reproductor DAD 700C has por dos veces y el problema no se ha solucionado: sigue saltando de pista arbitraria e inesperadamente.
