I went to play music and the Node was giving an error message saing it could not access the file. This happens all the time (BS, are you listening?) so I tried to reset the Node as well as reboot my PC and router. No luck. So I ran a factory reset, deleted and reinstalled both the PC share utility and the Android App. No luck. Now I cant even link to Network Shared File. I tried to send a support request to BS from my tablet, and even though I filled out all fields within the form, it gets kicked back saying "you must supply valid email, etc". Any suggestions? I cant even submit a darn ticket!
