I am an official Bluesound reseller and have all products set up in my home for demonstration purposes. All products are quite close to eachother (2 on the ground floor in adjacent rooms, 2 on the 1st floor in the same room).
I open my Bluesound app, select the player I want from 4 (ungrouped) and next select a streaming service or the local library, enter a query (e.g. "Phil Collins") and start playing albums. I put away my iPad.
After a few minutes, I want to select another album from (eg) Phil Collins and so I open the app again. Almost always, the last screen appears (as I would expect) but immediately gets switched to another player, displaying what this player is playing. This results in me having to select the initial player again, going to the library/streaming service again, typing my query again, etc.
I have worked around this by not turning off my iPad while listening to music (screen timeout = 15 mins), but I find this quite annoying since this eats batteries during long listening sessions.
Is there something that automatically selects a player on proximity or something when opening the app? I just want to return to the screen where I last left it and not on some random player, resulting in me having to again do a list of actions to return to what I was doing.
