    Can you reach out to the Bluesound Support Crew by sending us a 'Send Support Request' under Configure Player of the Bluesound app.

    Hi wstarz,

    You have described my recent problem exactly. Bluesound identified a hardware problem and my dealer instantly responded with a replacement Vault. Everything is good since I no longer have to baby the CDs.....they are read and ripped instantly.
