Music stutters extremely first 10 minutes after standby. M10 becomes unusable

Despite several (3) support requests the only respons I get is that somebody will contact me. Waking up from standby music stutters, wether its TV Radio or Spotify connect. Only after 10 minutes or so normal sound returns. Factory reset did not help. Complete network reset didnt help. Player is connected via LAN CAT 6 cable (replacement didnt help). TV connected via IR. Happens on both inputs. Today is worse then ever, its already stuttering for 20 minutes now while I type this.

Glad to hear you have a Support Request Open - we do apologise for the long wait times. They will be in touch as quickly as possible. It is unlikely the audio dropouts are related to your M10 not powering up. Audio Dropouts are almost always network related.

I dont think you are right Tony. As you see it also happen on the IR connection. No network involvement there. I have completely resetted the network though without succes. Replaced cables etc, all I could think off. No result. Then it also occured on the IR TV connection, conclusion : no network problem here.
Well today it died I guess because it now already stutters for an hour and no normal sound anymore. 3 years old, 3000 euro :-(
