    Hello Jørn,

We're glad you feel this way, but the only thing we changed that could have an effect on your overall playback, would be the changes we added to provide our users with Tone Controls for each player.

See this article here for more details:

Perhaps I should say that I have a Bluesound node streaming device and recently updated to BluOs 1.16.0

    Hello Jesse
    Thank you for your answer.
Never the less. You say that the 'only' changes you've made are around the Tone Controls.
Surely religion exists in the field of hifi - but we all know that very small changes in the setup - especially in the beginning of the hifi chain have surprisingly effects.
In the cd days we painted the cd's for fun and better sound, and we changed the cables, (that we still do) - we placed the hifi-set on special hifi-furniture - to make fantastic sound improvement. A better power unit often makes major miracles...
Here e.g. it makes a huge difference when I place my Node on a piece of bubble plast.
And I tell you - we sat in the sofa talking while the Node was updating, and were not attentive on the music at all. My wife didn't even know what I was doing - but when the music came back (a viola sonata by Brahms from Wimp)we spontaneously looked at each other and smiled: WHAT??
As described the music suddenly was more clear - the room much more defined and the instruments nailed behind the speakers.
Believe it or not - but don't change it back.
We are pro musicians and have very long ears :-D

(unfortunately German characters are not supported anymore.
    They are all (/&(//&/€&#%€""€!)

    Hello Jørn,

Glad to hear that our update could bring this difference to your home.

Regarding your issue with German Characters, have you tried the option "Delete Index", located past the "Configure Player" option in your app.

We recommend using this when there are issues with how your current index appears in your Bluesound app.

Let us know how that works for you.
