    We have seen some issues when logging into NetGear or other Security enhanced services with Qobuz as Qobuz requires NTP protocols to be enabled. You should get an error message but sometimes you don't. See if you have NetGear Armour on or some other router security that is blocking NTP traffic. If you are unsure, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App and let the Support Crew know the make and model of your router. They will reach out as quickly as possible.
