    Hello Carey,

    Try logging out, and then back into your TIDAL account on Bluesound.

    This can be done by going to the "Configure Player" section of your Bluesound app, and then going to "Configure Music Services" to edit your account details.

    Can you play anything from TIDAL's Official apps using your TIDAL account?

    Hi Jesse (and Carey),
    since yesterday I have the exact same problem. Tidal gives me the message 'Remote service error: User does not have a valid session Tidal: 41295827.

    Can you tell me how to fix this?

    At the same time my Tidal account does still work. No problem playing straight from the tidal app.
