    Did you try unpairing and forgetting the in Bluesound and then reconnecting them? This should flush any buffers on the Bluesound side. I would also review the headphone documentation.

    Short of that, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew can review the log file and confirm volume controls are working and adjustments are happening.
