    I have a more fundamental problem: when I try to get to the site it returns me to this support site. Please let me know how to do this .... thanks.

    If you keep coming back to this site, then your smartphone or tablet is not connected to the Bluesound Player's Hotspot.

    Are you on Android? Android will sometimes identify the network as not having Internet access and 'suggest' not to connect to it and redirect you to mobile data. You should see a wifi indicator issue in the left side header of your Android device. Click on it and when prompted, select 'Connect Anyway' to the Network that does not have Internet Access.
