    Hello Knut,

    Have you tried closing the Bluesound Desktop Controller for Windows, and then re-opening it?

    If both your computer and Bluesound player are wirelessly connected, and are on less than OK wireless connections, your Desktop Controller might have issues finding your players.

    Thanks for a fast reply! Yes, I have, and it happens every time. I have fiber connection and no problem stream movies and working at the same time. So it should not be that. Not sure what you mean by "Bluesound player", is that my Bluesound hardware product, the Node? Often, when I have not used the Node for some time, I need to boot it again by turning off and on the electricity. This goes for the Bluesound app in Android too. Another thing, I thought maybe the Android app was the problem and so I turned off the phone, but same thing happened.

    I just want to control Spotify or iTunes from the laptop when working. I do have Spotify premium and no probllems on Android. Is it possible to use Spotify direct from Spotify software on the computer (as on Android)? I can't see how, though.

    Not iTunes, the radio app thing, forget the name, looks like iTune :-)

    Hello Knut,

    Players like the Node, Powernode, Pulse and Vault are considered Bluesound Players.

    So both your Node and your Computer are wired to your router with Ethernet?

    Spotify's Connect feature only works with the Spotify Music apps for iOS and Android.
