Ripping CD's
Answered- I tried to rip about 100 cd's. Only 30 of them were ripped. some were not indexed right (unknown). So a very disappointed result.
- I ripped some of these cd's without any problem with EAC and indexed them from the internet. I copied these maps to the Vault and indexed them there. No result.
Are there solutions for this problem. I took me a lot of time and the results are not good.

Hello J.J.H
Here are some support articles for you to look at:
For the 30 CD's you tried, see if they fall into the specifications here:
https://support.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/200271896-Why-won-t-the-Vault-rip-my-CD-For the EAC's CDs see this article. Note the location, and the re-index step:
https://support.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/200387457-Accessing-the-Bluesound-Vault-s-Internal-Storage-From-a-ComputerAlso, check out the format, and the metadata on your EAC made files.

A Vault customer is reporting that after ripping a few hundred CDs, it now will rip maybe 50% of them. They gave me four of the ones that would not rip on their unit, and they ripped fine on mine. They are very careful with their CD's keeping them clean.
