    Hello Al,

Bluesound does not support Deezer Elite, but we are always working to expand into the features our streaming service providers have, when they are made available.

Hi Jesse - I am seriously contemplating a switch from Sonos to Bluesound.  I have seven zones, so this is a significant decision and investment for me.  One of my main concerns is being able to use my Deezer Elite subscription with my Bluesound products.  I was told at CES2016 by Marshall Currier of Lenbrook that my level of service from Deezer would continue when I switched over to Bluesound - I.e., Deezer knows I am an Elite subscriber, so that's what I would get when using Bluesound.  I was VERY skeptical about this and want some proof before I make the change.  Are you telling me that Marshall mis-spoke?  Please clarify what is going on.

I wouldn't make the switch from Sonos to Bluesound.  I made the mistake to sell my tow Denon HEOS amps HS2, and switched to Bluesound thinking they will soon start supporting other music providers, and they haven't.

I ended up selling one of my Bluesound PowerNodes and keeping one.  I ended up buying a Denon HEOS Link for my patio.  I still have one PowerNode, which has been replaced 3 times under warranty.  The 3 PowerAmp that was sent to me has a yellowish discoloration.  I mentioned this to support rep, and I sent them pictures about it.  I never heard back from them again.

I wish I would of stayed with my Denon devices and waited until BlueSound started supporting more music services.  Live and learn.

    Hi Gfoviedo79

Bluesound currently supports 20 different Music Services and working quickly to upgrade our current Deezer implementation to the new Deezer HiFi model.. If the service you wish is not supported, you can always pair the Player with your smartphone via Bluetooth and listen that way.

Even though Bluetooth is an option for Bluesound devices, it is not the same.  If I wanted to use blutooth, I would of gotten a bluetooth speaker.  I'm surprised that BlueSound doesn't support at least Pandora.  I've used Pandora since it started streaming music online.

    Hi Gfoviedo79

We are ready when Pandora is. Please let Pandora know that their service is not available on your favourite streaming service.

I've spoken with Pandora customer service, and they said the same about Bluesound.

My wife loves using Pandora and Amazon Music.  That's the main reason why I started selling my BlueSound devices.  I just got tired of waiting.

    Hi Gfoviedo79 -

My post was from almost 2 years ago :).  I HAVE made the switch (in April 2017) and I am overall pretty pleased with it.  Since I made the switch from Deezer to Tidal, I can easily do Hi-Fi streaming and it works well, most of the time.  Issues I have had are due to Tidal problems, not Bluesound.  I, too, am VERY disappointed about the lack of support for both Pandora and Amazon Music in the Bluesound ecosystem.  It is crazy that these are not already implemented.  I also agree that Bluetooth is NOT an acceptable solution.  But for me, the ability to play my 24-bit files natively and a built-in 12-volt trigger, along with much better sound quality than Sonos, make the switch a no-brainer.  Sonos does NOT listen to their customers.  At least Bluesound does.

    Bob

I agree BluesSound hardware is great.  Software wise...its improving.  Unfortunately, it's not improving fast enough to keep my wise happy!
