    Hello Bertrand,

Do you notice that these CD's are being processed from the "Rip/Encode Status", from the Bluesound app?

This is located past Configure Player option, in the "Rip/Encode Control Panel".

If nothing is moving, you can delete the Rips directory, and then reboot your Vault to rebuild the Rips section.

I am very new to the Bluesound world and experienced a similar issue.  After ripping about 70 CDs the Vault 2 stopped ripping entirely.  I do not see any activity in the "Rip/Encode Status", the system tries to rip, I can hear it setting and running, then stopping and restarting several times before ejecting the disk.

Do you think the recommendation you made above would work for me?  If so, where do I find the Rips directory?  I usually work entirely from my andriod phone, but have downloaded the app to my desktop PC (WIN)

    Hello,

I have the same problem than CBR1000R.

After ripping about 200 CD the Vault 2 stopped ripping new CDs.

I have try Bluesound’s support recommandation above. This hasn’t fixed the problem.

    Need some help.

My Vault 2 is one month old.

    Best Regards

    YSO

This also just happened to me.  Since this appears to happen periodically, I suggest adding an option to this menu to do exactly this.

It might also be good to have the same option or at least a link under a an option like "Troubleshooting" under the Help menu with any self-serve maintenance options like "Rebuild Rips Folder".  A page for this option could have the brief explanation above and a "Rebuild Now" button.  Some of the maintenance options are kind of buried, and this would be a way to gather all self-service maintenance options where they could be quickly found.
