    Hello Chris,

    When your Pulse connected to the internet, did it upgrade?

    You should have noticed the Pulse alternating between Flashing Green and Red.

    If it did not, try to upgrade your Pulse manually with the instructions here: http://www.bluesound.com/downloads/
