bluOS: "couldn't load content"
AnsweredI just bought a NodeX. Nothing to say about the player, but the bluOS app (installed on my iPhone) is simply disappointing. The mayor issue is that I cannot load my favorites anymore: I get the message "couldn't load content" or, if I go on the favorites tab, the app remains frozen in a kind of loading stage. As I cannot find any solution in your website, can somebody help?

Perhaps your wifi router has multicasting off or simply does not support it? The nodes need multicasting to be on. Have you also tried a wired connection? Are the credentials to your library/streaming services correct? That would also cause content to not be loaded in.

I've found that deleting and reinstalling the app starts it working normally again if it freezes. Data is lost though. I do get a poor wireless signal but my router is in a different room to my streamer which isn't helping. A wired connection and/or unplugging the streamer overnight has reset it.

I have a same issue with the app (and many others before). Since the last update it's constantly showing "couldn't load content". I have tried everything. but the problem is still there. I can restart the app, and it works well but next time I open the app the same message is there again. Very, very frustrated. I have contacted the Wi Fi provider to confirm the modem is capable of multicasting. So the problem is not with the modem.
The Node X is great, but the app itself is disaster. Ca
