Solid Blue light is on My Vault, but it cannot find player in the App at all.

    I had the same problem - so my setup is this: I have a router from my ISP that delivers internet and phone. I then have another wireless router that delivers wireless signals - all from the same incoming coax.

    So - the iPad is wireless connected to the wireless router and the Vault is Ethernet connected to the hard-wired router - and that was the problem. I had to re-route the Ethernet from the Vault to plug into the back of the wireless router and voila. Fixed.
