    Hi Martin,

Just to clarify, the two versions of Bach's B minor mass have different cover art? What differs the 2 versions(file quality)? Are both versions in one folder with one cover art file or separate?

Try a 'Reindex Music Collection' under Player on the desktop controller.

    Dear Aaron,

The two versions are by different ensembles (album artists). Each version consists of a set of flac files and a Folder.jpg. They're in different folders on my Synology NAS:

    \Eem\music\Bach Collegium Japan\Bach - Mass in B Minor (Hohe Messe)\

    \Eem\music\Collegium Musicum 90\Bach - Mass in B Minor (Hohe Messe)\

In each folder, the cover art is both in the Folder.jpg and embedded in each of the flac files. I have reindexed, but to no avail. Note that the Android app displays the cover art correctly. In a similar fashion, the controller for Windows shows my three renditions of St Matthew's Passion, by three different ensembles and in three different folders just as the B minor mass, all with the same cover art. I have this vague feeling that the controller for Windows identifies the folder in which to find the cover art by the non-unique folder name and not by the complete path. Hope you can prove me wrong.

    Kind regards, Martin.

    Hi Martin,

Does restarting the Desktop app help?

Unfortunately: no, that doesn't help. I've tried another reindex and a restart of the controller, but the album art is still incorrect in the Windows controller and still correct in the Android app.

    Hi Martin,

Do a 'Delete Index' in Configure Player of the app. The delete index function clears all of the index information from your player including artwork links and application side artwork.

After the button returns, meaning that your old index is cleared, and the new index is finished, press the "Reload Artwork" button in the Left of the app. Scroll though the Library a bit, and you should notice that the artwork returns and "pops" in when you stop scrolling.

    Then restart the desktop app.

Dear Aaron, I'm sorry to have to report that this didn't solve the problem. Again the index, including cover art, looks just fine on the Android app. It's only in the Windows controller that I see incorrect cover art, and it's always different albums with the same title and the same subfolder name getting assigned the same cover art. Please note that it doesn't only happen with Bach's B minor mass, but with all the works of which I have more than one rendition on my NAS. I have various St Matthews Passions with the same cover art, two recordings of Des Knaben Wunderhorn with the same cover, etc. etc.

    Hi Martin,

Could you browse on the desktop app for the 2 Bach's B minor mass albums then click on the album for both albums then send us a 'Send Support Request' under Configure Player so that we can see the diagnostics. Thanks.
