Music skipping and stuttering first 5 minutes when player comes from standby
AnsweredAs described above. After these first abominable 5 minutes the music or sound plays normal again. Happens every time I wake up the player with Spotify connect or via IR /TV. Have send in a support request. No network problem, have resetted everything, router and all. Player is cable connected. Network functionality is perfect in my home, only the player (again) has problems. Please fix, this is horrible. #397708

At first I thought it only happened when starting to play Spotify, but now it also happens when I start TV via IR. Issued another support request on this #397882. Wanted to update 397708 but the email link end up in a "Oops the page doesnt exist" .... Please fix that also !!!

I have the same garbled sound issue coming out of standby or after powering on. NAD support told me to do a factory reset which didn't work. Now they say to get it serviced at my own cost. The unit is less than 4 years old. Not impressed with NAD quality or how they stand behind their product. For what it's worth I love the unit once it is warmed up and working correctly.
