    Hello Stephjost,

    How old is the Flash drive you are using? What kind or model of drive?

    If the hardware contacts on the Drive are worn, connection issues can occur.

    Are you getting this kind of behavior when connecting your drive to other devices?

    This issue happens with several different mfg of flash drives. It's not the flash drive. Scandisk, PNY, Microcenter private label.

    Hello Stephjost,

    Can we get you to send us a Diagnostic Log from your Player using a support request? This will let us see any hardware difficulties. Make sure you are using a USB stick that is formatted into NTFS or FAT32.

    The Log from your Player can be sent using the "Send Support Request" option, past the Configure Player option in your Bluesound application.
