    Hi Patrik,
Thank you for your enhancement requests. We've taken note of your request and we've forwarded it to a report to the Bluesound Lab for consideration. Thanks for #LivingHiFi.

Any update on this request? I face the same problems that about 50% of my album artwork is PNG (embedded from iTunes), and therefore does not show up. Can this be fixed.

Furthermore an equalizer would be great, especialy for the pulse-flex. A tad too much bass, and doing the vbass - treble is a bit too gross for a HiFi system like a bluesound

    Hi Timon

We do not support external PNG files. We do support embedded artwork up to 600KB from iTunes so those aren't always PNG.

As for tonal controls; upon the settings icon next to the Player in the Player drawer.

    Hi Bluesound

I've got a pulse flex and a '2. I love the flex but feel the '2 is missing some of the middle tones. An equalizer would make this possible. I've tried the Tone Control, but it isn't enough.

Maybe this problem is specific to Spotify only, but it is an issue.

    Yours sincerely

    Hi Kim

Try moving the PULSE 2 out from the wall a bit if you can. What you are hearing may be reverb from the back end as residual audio is bouncing off the wall behind it deepening the base too much.

I know - sounds crazy but many have commented that this in fact does create what they are looking for.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I can't move it further. At the moment it standing on top of a bookcase 5 inches from the wall. Any ideas?

A better software EQ would top the experience of this great product!
I have a Power Node 2 and want to give a little bit of punch on a specific base frequency.
