Pulse Solid Red Light
AnsweredI recently tried to perform an upgrade as prompted in the app. Now the unit (pulse speaker) is showing a solid red light. I have tried rebooting, and using a wired connection as per advice pages but these have not worked. Should I try a factory reset?
