    Hello Noelle,

    Feel free to open a support request with our Bluesound Support Crew regarding this.

    With a support request, we can get you to send us one of your files, or we can read your diagnostic log, if you send a request straight from your player.

    The log from your Player can be sent using the "Send Support Request" option, past the Configure Player option in your Bluesound application.

    If you send a request from your player, try playing the file you are having issues with before sending the request (so it is recorded), and tell our Support Crew what occurs in your application.

    Also, you may want to check out the following regarding what kind of files we can play, in case your converter has made for some large changes in thing like bitrate or sample rate:
