    Thanks Marko,

I found an old active USB-hub and was able to make a connection. I did not try to add external harddisks in the hub at this moment, but i trust that these devices will be recognized without difficulties.

Using Spotify to play music, the sound quality as such was rahter good. But there was a permanent distorsion in the sound on a mid-mid-high frequency. Some kind of error, a more crackling noice actually. Floating trebles... Jitter?

Initially, I blamed the hub for the mutilation in the sound Then I plugged the IOGEAR Bluesound receiver directly into the USB input on the Bluesound, hoping that the crackling noice Then would disappear. But that didn't make any difference.

I have a second audio-system with a different Bluetooth receiver (RCA-RCA model from Focal). On that system there are no side affects in sound at all.

So my next question to you is, do you have any distorsions above the sound as well on your Bluesound?

Thanks in advance for sharing your experience.

when all is connected, just go into Configure player, go to diagnostics an do a reboot here (it can't harm) that did the trick on my end...
